Is is different from a 4 cilinder diaphragm?

I still believe it's the same as the one for a 4 cilinder (Simms SPE4 vs SPE6)
What do you mean complete? Including the metal parts? That can be a bit harder to find but should be possible since the SPE pumps aren't uncommon (Fordson used them too)
